1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) is the official offer of LLC “G-PAY” (hereinafter — the “Service Provider”) to enter into a contract with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Customer”) under the terms set out below.
1.2. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer clicks the “Order Service” button or performs any other action that signifies full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer regarding the provision of financial and informational services in the field of international transfers, available on the website https://g-pay.com.ua.
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with international transfer and currency exchange services, the full list and detailed description of which are available on the Website in the “Our Services” section (including purchase/sale of USDT, transfers to Alipay/WeChat, currency transfers, etc.).
2.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the terms defined in this Agreement.
3.1. To obtain a service, the Customer fills out the order form on the Website, providing accurate and complete information. Completing the form confirms that the Customer has read and agrees to this Agreement.
3.2. After the form is completed, the Service Provider sends the Customer confirmation of order acceptance to the specified email or via Telegram messenger.
3.3. The service is considered provided at the moment the Service Provider has fully performed its obligations, confirmed by a corresponding notification to the Customer (e.g., via email, messenger, or personal account).
4.1. The cost of services is determined according to current exchange rates and commissions displayed in Telegram messenger at the time of placing the order.
4.2. Payment is made by non-cash transfer to the account details provided by the Service Provider in the payment instructions.
4.3. The order becomes effective only after confirmation of funds credited to the Service Provider’s account.
5.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:
Provide services efficiently, timely, and in full, in accordance with the terms of the order.
Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Promptly inform the Customer of any delays, technical issues, or changes in the provision of services.
5.2. The Customer undertakes to:
Provide accurate and complete information required to fulfill the order.
Pay for the services in full and on time.
Follow the payment instructions provided by the Service Provider.
6.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the proper provision of services. The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount received from the Customer for the specific service, unless otherwise required by law.
6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or losses caused by actions of third parties (banks, payment providers, payment systems, etc.), as well as for technical failures beyond its control.
6.3. The Customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. If incorrect data results in losses, the Customer must compensate them.
7.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, war, embargo, terrorist acts, technical failures of payment systems, or Internet outages preventing fulfillment of obligations.
7.2. The Party unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure must immediately, but no later than within 5 business days, notify the other Party.
8.1. The Parties undertake to keep confidential any commercial, financial, and personal information obtained during the performance of this Agreement.
9.1. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to court in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine at the place of registration of the Service Provider.
